Telecaller / Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our team immediately. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, generating leads, communicating with international clients, and driving sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills with a mandatory American accent and prior experience in sales or telecalling roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound sales calls professionally
• Communicate with clients/customers in an American accent
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
• Explain company services/products effectively
• Maintain client relationships and follow up on leads
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain records of calls, client interactions, and sales updates
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support
• Address customer queries and provide accurate information
• Prepare and submit daily sales/activity reports

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong communication skills with a clear American accent
• Immediate joiner preferred
• Mid-level experience candidate required
• Good convincing and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working in sales targets and performance-driven environment
